IIUM Educare Sdn Bhd (IIUM Educare) established in 1995, is a company under IIUM Holdings Sdn Bhd, wholly owned by the International Islamic University of Malaysia. The aim of the establishment of IIUM Educare is to provide Nursery, Kindergarten, and Daycare services in addition to developing human capital among children through holistic learning. To date, IIUM Educare has 17 branches in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Pahang, and Terengganu with over 1,100 children.
IIUM Educare is a licensed operator registered under the Social Welfare Department, Ministry of Women, Family, and Community Development for Nursery, and Care center services, as well as registered under the State Education Department, Ministry of Education Malaysia, as a Kindergarten operator.
With more than 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education industry, IIUM Educare provides services to 3 different market segments, namely the IIUM community, corporate clients, and public agencies. Since 2015, IIUM Educare has also received the mandate and trust of various corporate agencies as a provider of Nursery, Kindergarten and Care Center services. The list of corporate agencies includes Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the Malaysia Investment Development Board, Malaysian Airports Holdings Berhad, the Malaysian Companies Commission, Prasarana, Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, and the Securities Commission.
IIUM Educare is committed to providing the best service and quality learning to children by linking social, emotional, physical, and spiritual development. To ensure a fun, meaningful, and high-impact learning and teaching process, IIUM Educare has introduced a new curriculum and learning method, the “Enhanced Educare Curriculum”. We believe that effective curriculum and learning methods in Early Childhood Education are essential for the holistic development of children. This new curriculum has combined the curriculum from IIUM Educare, the National Preschool Standard Curriculum (KSPK) and Play-to-Learn as well as elements of leadership, technology, and empathy.
