Choo Choo Train Got You Covered
- Qualified Care & Teachings
Teachers and caregivers here are NICCE (National Institute of Child Care and Education) qualified. NICCE is Choo Choo Train’s own dedicated institute, which is recognised and accredited by the Malaysian government. For its childcare services, the centre employs both caregivers and academic teachers. Caregivers are solely responsible for the safety and hygiene of the children, while academic teachers focus on the learning and developmental aspects of the programme. Additionally, caregivers undergo a month of physical training before they are allowed to independently care for children.

- Carefully structured systems & Safeguards in Place
Choo Choo Train upholds the highest safety and hygiene standards with a well-structured system. Each centre, including Desa ParkCity, has an Operations Executive overseeing daily operations and parent communication. Classroom supervisors closely monitor teachers and children, reducing the risk of mistreatment or accidents. CCTV cameras cover every corner, with footage reviewed daily. Teachers conduct daily safety and cleanliness checks, while management performs spot checks and quarterly quality control. Monthly, centres undergo full disinfection, including fogging, UV sterilization, and dust-mite vacuuming for baby playpens.

- Nutritious & Thoughtfully Prepared Meals, Daily
Choo Choo Train takes great pride in its nutritious meals provided at each centre. Food menus are specially curated by a nutritionist to ensure children get balanced, age-appropriate meals. Fresh ingredients are used daily and they prioritise quality over quantity, sourcing ingredients from reputable grocery stores with halal certification, rather than buying in bulk from wet markets. Supervisors are responsible for preparing the meals and ensuring that the food is fresh and properly cooked.
- Environment and Facilities Are Paramount
The design of the facilities are of paramount importance as the environment is deemed the third teacher in the learning process. Space aesthetics and intentional set ups always make the centre welcoming and comforting. Purposeful materials are thoughtfully added to the layout to promote close relationships, communication, experimentation and exploration through play.

- Relationships Based on Reciprocity
The process between caretakers, children and parents is a collaborative one. One partnership that is highly respected by the team. It is a fundamental goal at Choo Choo Train to maintain clear and constant communication with all families. This is demonstrated through ongoing open and honest interactions that discuss different issues, answers queries and wholly supports parents in the developmental journey, both in the centre and at home.

A place to belong, a place to grow and a place where great minds are born.
Programs Designed for Every Stage of Development
At Choo Choo Train, every stage of early childhood is a unique adventure filled with wonder, discovery, and learning. The programs are thoughtfully designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. Here’s a closer look at how each stage supports your child’s development:
- Choo Choo Cuddle (0-6 months):
This program is perfect for babies who are starting to do things on their own and becoming more independent from their mothers. They will enjoy gentle activities such as massage, sensory stimulation, and early social interactions. Through activities such as Baby Zen, Baby Touch, Baby Gaze Baby Music, and Baby Gym, babies wil be able to move better, explore their senses, and build strong emotional connections.
- Choo Choo Explorer 1 (7-12 months):
For little ones at this stage, it’s all about discovering their bodies and what they can do. The programme focuses on helping develop important physical skills such as crawling and standing, in addition to honing early language skills through storytelling, communication, and reading to the toddlers. Lessons included are Tots Talker, Tots Thinker, Tots Doodles, Tots Gym and Messy Tots.

- Choo Choo Explorer 2 (13-18 months):
As toddlers become better at moving around, the programme expands its activities to include walking, hopping, and running within a safe environment. Additionally, they are provided with materials and toys, as well as activities to help them develop their problem solving and critical thinking skills, whilst improving their communication and comprehension of languages.
- Choo Choo Explorer 3 (19-24 months):
Children at this stage will have greater physical capabilities, so the programme will focus on nurturing them to become better communicators, guiding them to socialise, make friends, express themselves in different ways, and being kind and helpful to one another. They are introduced to structured learning in areas such as language, maths, and science. The children will also be toilet trained, taking a positive step towards independence. The lessons included are Tots Talker, Tots Thinker, Tots Doodles, Tots Gym, Messy Tots, and Tasty Tots is added in the mix.

Play is the best way for toddlers to learn! Our themed monthly lesson plans, aligned with international standards, spark curiosity and make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful.
- Choo Choo Discoverer (25-36 months):
With the child well on their way in hitting developmental milestones, the focus shifts to encouraging learning through play. Thematic lessons draw elements from both national and international early childhood education curriculum standards. Some of the activities and lessons that they can look forward to include Early Language Lab-English, Early Maths Adventure, Early Science Sparks, Early Self and Society, Early Art and Creations, Early Health and Exercise, Water Play, Sand Play, and Fun with Food.
- Choo Choo Quest (36-48 months):
