  • August 2, 2025

Tadika Tunas Impian sits within an end terrace with purpose-built areas in which children aged 4 to 6 years can play, learn and grow in a caring environment. It is an early learning facility where old school values meet new world confidence. The school runs with an objective to ensure that parents and their children feel supported on their journey of learning and discovery. To the team, nothing matters more than the education, well-being and health of every child that is enrolled in the school. Nurturing teachers respect children as unique individuals and recognize the importance of relationships within the school community. Children’s ideas and interests take priority and their needs are of primary importance in forming the day.

Elements of Best Practice in Early Education

The programmes are much more than preparing children for primary school; they offer positive experiences for children to grow up happy, confident and resilient. Every day is filled with wonder and opportunities that encourage children to become creative problem-solvers and competent learners. Children learn holistically through an integrated curriculum that focuses upon the inter-relatedness of all curricular areas and not being restricted by subject boundaries. Pedagogical approaches are based on elements of best practice in early education, both nationally and internationally. They strike a balance between teacher-initiated and child-centred learning. Small class sizes allow teachers to offer individual care to help every child reach their full potential.

The daily schedule is shaped around a combination of structured play, child-interest based activities, group projects, circle times, outdoor exercises and fundamental academic learning. Children are provided with a range of different materials and media, encouraging them to explore and develop their understandings about their world. Throughout each child’s educational path, the following areas of development are monitored and communicated to parents on an ongoing basis:

  • Mandarin
  • English
  • Bahasa Malaysia
  • Early Science
  • Early Mathematics
  • Moral
  • Creativity and Aesthetics
  • Humanities
  • Physical Development
  • Character Building

Fully Supported with an Extended Programme

Here at Tadika Tunas Impian, children and parents are fully supported with an after-school programme and daycare services. Children get to embark on extending their knowledge further in life skills, reading, music and movement, art and craft, and other enriching activities. Field trips, concert performances and sports days also find place within the curriculum. Additionally, parents are made to feel welcome, become involved in their children’s education and volunteer to be co-collaborators throughout the whole journey.

Safe and Secure Environment

The team seeks to provide an environment that is not only warm and friendly but also safe and secure. Strict health and safety procedures are in place to ensure adequate protection for children, staff and visitors; appropriate steps are taken to ensure that the premise, facilities and other equipment are kept in good repair.

Prepare Early for a Strong Foundation

Tadika Tunas Impian aims at the holistic development of children’s intellectual, cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs in order to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. The experiences help little ones become confident individuals with positive self-esteem who are eager and prepared to go to big school.
