Established in 2015, More Fun Kindergarten is committed to providing a high-quality, holistic early years education to children aged 3 to 6 years. The school provides an enriching, effective and varied programme that connects learning with academics, living, exploring interests and pursuing passions. Meaningful experiential learning ensures children are equipped with a strong foundation that serves them well in meeting both current and future needs, while fulfilling a continuity to primary school years.

Nurturing Young Critical Learners
Children that attend are welcomed and valued, and at the same time challenged with a programme that stretches them to achieve their maximum potential. Within this inclusive learning environment, the Standard National Preschool Curriculum is entirely delivered by a team of qualified, experienced, highly-trained and nurturing teachers. The approach also taps on the strengths of the Montessori Method of Education and supports children through guidance in the following areas of learning:
- Language (English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Mathematics
- Science
- Moral
- Art and Craft
- Music
- Physical Activity
- Practical Life Skills
- Sensorial
- Culture

More Fun Kindergarten prides itself on offering children a developmentally appropriate early childhood education programme that focuses on layering their learning experiences and knowledge. The approach is thematic, activity-based, hands-on, individualized, as well as group-oriented. Children explore through play and experimentation integrating games, storytelling, pretend play and more. Teachers stimulate interest through creative teaching techniques and an array of learning aids such as handmade props and videos. Development continues with an intensified concept of enriching learning experiences to help children learn in the way that is best for them and be school ready according to the guideline of a milestones checklist. Active learning allows children to develop intellectually, morally, socially, physically and artistically. Skills are developed, confidence is boosted and self-esteem is built for them to adapt and excel in life outside and after kindergarten.

Care and Support
The day extends into after-school care. Learning support is available through additional coaching and guidance. A selection of hand-picked study guide books allows children to gain extra knowledge and support they need. Activity is important, as is nutrition. Children are fed off a menu that is built around a wholesome, balanced diet of locally sourced fresh ingredients.

Enriching Experiences
Being a school that provides a complete environment that is conducive to learning and character-building, children have the opportunity to attempt a good range of after-school enrichment classes, extracurricular activities and events. They include dancing, clay art, cooking, field trips, sports days and concert performances. Additionally, parental involvement in all aspects of school life is high. Children also get to engage collaboratively with each other in family bonding activities such as picnics, Chinese New Year lantern competitions and sending Father’s Day cards at the post office. The atmosphere creates a strong sense of community and communication with parents is open and timely.

Rightly, the team places ongoing dedication to ensure that the programme meets the standards that parents expect of a sound preschool curriculum. All in all, the environment, the setting and the entire school graduates students with the academic and interpersonal skills they will need to succeed in life inside the classroom and outside of it.
