The Academy
Conveniently located in the newly opened Arcoris development in the heart of Mont Kiara, is a new and unique primary enrichment centre, Alpha Academy: a Primary school offering the British curriculum catering to children from Years 1-6. It is an earnest endeavour with the aim of delivering personalised and quality childhood education for primary level children. The motivation behind the founding of Alpha Academy was simple yet profoundly inspirational; born out of a passion and love for quality education.
“It was driven by a few mothers desires to provide a personal and unique learning experience. Alpha Academy was founded by a group of like-minded parents and teachers and is dedicated to providing the best quality education possible for our children at an affordable price,” explained Denu Sankey, one of the founders of Alpha Academy, and with an extensive background in education, which includes teaching science for over 12 years in England.
Quality teachers
Teachers are our biggest investment at Alpha Academy. There would be no quality learning if there are no quality teachers.
Alpha Academy places a great emphasis on the quality of the teaching and learning experience. To stay true to this ideal, only qualified and accomplished teachers with relevant teaching experience are recruited. The teachers typically have international experience and possess a global outlook, with a view to nurturing an expansive and wider perspective of life in the children.
Erin Ju is one of teachers at Alpha Academy. She holds a degree in Mathematical Modeling (Hons) from USM, and an MSc. In Business Mathematics from the University of Würzburg, Germany. Erin has taught and tutored kids aged 6 to 17 years old. She has also taught Maths and Additional Maths for both GCSE and SPM level.
“We want our kids to be exposed to the wider world. We strive to empower our pupils to become lifelong learners who pursue excellence and respect and care for others. By educating minds and building character, we educate the whole being to be successful global participants,” explained Erin Ju.

Alpha Academy offers a comfortable, safe and clean environment for its pupils to learn. It has an ongoing commitment towards investing in the right materials and resources that the teachers can draw on in providing a quality learning experience.
