Tadika MBA Castle was founded almost 10 years ago by a husband and wife team who were inspired by their daughter. Seeing their daughter grow and go through the different stages of her learning and development effectively, happily and joyfully, not to mention her love for learning, the doting parents realized that they must be doing something right. They then made a life changing decision to give up their lucrative corporate positions to pursue a long-held desire to:

“Tadika MBA Castle engages the Preschool Active Learning™ curriculum by Dr. Florence Lee, a former Head of Early Childhood Department, Institute of Education, Singapore,” says Mrs. Foong, principal of Tadika MBA Castle. The premise of this curriculum is that young children learn best through free and guided play with peers. With the main objectives being to bring joy and fun to the learning of languages and mathematical skills. Tadika MBA Castle’s Preschool Active Learning™ programme helps children to not only learn how to focus on important tasks, it also allows for active participation. It can accommodate any child whether they be fast learners, slow, or anywhere in between. The Phonics Program is a comprehensive program where children learn to read by the blending of alphabetical sounds. Hence, children are empowered to explore new words on their own. With such phonetic skills, children will easily discover the joys of reading and writing. The Mathematics program emphasizes the understanding of mathematical concepts. MBA kids will learn how to connect their studies with math problems in real life and use practical knowledge to solve them.

At Tadika MBA Castle, the Let’s-Play™ Program nurtures the students to strive for realistic goals through “acting out” occupations in career roleplays.
